Return Policy / Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes there may be problems with electronic items. ALL items sold have a 1 Year MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. A Customers may return their purchases for exchange for another item, or a refund of the purchase price, within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) and must comply with the following:
  • In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to ensure a proper return/exchange.
  • Merchandise must be in its original mint condition as shipped, with all packaging (including bundled and free items), forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
  • Any physical damaged or broken screen are not eligible for refund or warranty replacement.
  • Returns should be packed safely by the customer, to ensure arrival in good condition, and returned to us with shipping prepaid.
  • Items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expense incurred in shipping the item to them.*
  • If you followed the instructions above, you may expect to receive your refund within 1 to 2 weeks after you return the item to us. Special Order items, so designated, are not refundable or returnable.
